He doesn't play golf... he destroys it.

Very funny and good story.
Adam Sandler plays an Ice Hockey player trying to hit the big time but in reality he is hopeless. Matters become dire in the respect of money and him and his grandmother lose the house that his grandfather had built. Whilst moving out, the removal men notice his unorthodox golfing ability. The story begins of a man doing something he hates to gain money and a lot of laughs on the way.
Carl Weathers plays the ex-pro, Chubbs Peterson, and Julie Bowen plays the love interest Virginia Venit. The ‘baddie’ comes in the form of ‘Shooter McGavin’ (Christopher McDonald).
This film is very funny throughout, one of Sandlers better films I think. The storyline is good and the acting to boot. Well worth a glance if you like a laugh.  GY
